Because it is located inside East Leach Park, residents visiting the skate and bike area also enjoy easy access to the paved Spencer Trail System, the famous “Rocket Slide” playground, sand volleyball courts, covered picnic areas, and the nearby Spencer Aquatic Center and SMU Family Splash Pad.
